Diane focuses on what is in the best interests of her clients, offering a smooth and streamlined aspirational experience.

With over 25 years of corporate sales, marketing and advertising in South Florida, Diane is adept at understanding what it takes to market and sell real estate. She began her career managing advertising sales teams for The Miami Herald, selling media campaigns to local business owners, residential builders and developers. While living in Miami, she graduated with an Executive MBA from the University of Miami. This gave her the perspective she shares with her clients relative to analyzing local market conditions, real estate trends, interest rates and other factors that influence the purchase or sale of a home.

In 1995, Diane moved her family from Miami Beach to Palm Beach County where her daughters attended Pine Crest and Morikami Park Elementary.  In 2000, she purchased a charming home in Rio Vista, Fort Lauderdale to continue her advertising career with Tribune Publishing.  In this role, she traveled to New York on a monthly basis to meet with ad agencies and high end retail, educating them on the South Florida market.  

Specializing in waterfront condominiums and single family homes along the east coast of Florida from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach, Diane shares her knowledge of the isles and intracoastal waterways to educate her customers. She provides options and guidance based on lifestyle considerations for privacy, security, green space, in-home amenities, smart technology, proximity to schools, beaches, waterways, airports and entertainment.

Most importantly, to ensure that her clients achieve a successful outcome, Diane demonstrates strategic skill in gaining excellent contract closing terms. As a graduate of the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, she has mastered the art of the deal. 

As an integral part of the Kyle Blackmon Team, Diane assists clients in navigating through residential real estate transactions from New York City to Palm Beach.  In 2019, the Kyle Blackmon Team was ranked the #10 medium-sized team in the USA by WSJ and Real Trends, closing sales from $425K to +$40M.  The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends ranked Kyle and his team the #71 residential real estate broker in the nation with sales volume of $210M.  In 2017, the team was ranked #22 in the United States by WSJ, and 5th out of 30,000 agents in New York City.
